Mobile studio targeting the casual ‘non-gamer’ audience

Double Loop Games aims to create relaxing mobile-first games as long-term social hobbies for a demographic that does not self-identify as ‘gamers’ – with a particular emphasis on female consumers.

The company’s initial game proposes to adopt an innovative puzzle mechanic, and the company plans to both develop and publish its own titles across multiple platforms. The company is led by a very well-respected and successful serial entrepreneur, Emily Greer. She exited her previous venture, Kongregate, to a US-listed games retailer, GameStop. Alongside Emily, is co-founder Shelby Moledina, who is currently COO and Game Director for Double Loop. Shelby was most recently Director of Product at WB Games, and before that was Executive Producer at DeNA.
