Analyst Job Role

Job Responsibilities

Data / Research / Logging

  • Deal Flow logging: input + track companies on our internal CRM and screening deals
  • Help build our internal data tracking capabilities; tracking relevant metrics and signals within the market
  • Run market research to help identify new investment trends and opportunities

Financial modelling / DD

  • Build financial and analytical models to support investment team activity
  • Work with the leadership team in continuously shaping the company’s investment thesis, portfolio reporting and analysis
  • Participate in the due diligence and execution process, including cap table modelling, deal closing documentation etc

LP Communications / Fundraising

  • Creation of presentations and supporting material for future funds
  • In charge of regular newsletter update for our LP base
  • Organise access to data room, handle data requests from potential LPs etc
  • Writing and posting articles on social media about Lvp or our portfolio
  • Liaise with our LPs in deal flow intelligence + report compilation + ad hoc requests


  • Systematically and proactively identify potential investment opportunities
  • Support wider investment team in sourcing potential deals, surface relevant information and connect with others in the industry

Portfolio support

  • Support the team in building out our internal ‘Lvp Platform’, providing shared resources for portfolio companies
  • Support in the planning and execution of Lvp events, for LPs, portfolio companies and industry contacts

Your Ideal Profile

  • Around 2-3 years of investment experience (VC, PE, investment banking, Data Tech, consulting)
  • Degree / Masters in Economics, Mathematics or other relevant subject
  • Outstanding analytical and strategic-thinking skills, combined with strong judgement, sense of responsibility and curiosity
  • Motivation, passion, and adaptability in order to thrive in a fast paced, and rapidly moving environment
  • A self starter, able to operate independently and take on tasks as required in a decentralised and distributed organisational environment
  • Ability and willingness to collaborate with and support other team members
  • Experience with cash flow modelling and investment valuation techniques
  • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
  • Investment experience (even at a personal level) appreciated
  • Strong interest and/or experience in gaming or entertainment industry is a large plus
  • Unquestionable integrity, honesty and selflessness combined with a strong work ethic
